Nursery Care Mission Statement

Because the church helps families in the raising and educating of children from birth to adulthood, the Witherspoon Nursery is to be a safe and nurturing place where children know they are loved by God and by the community. Basic Christian values are learned, friendships are built, and children are given the freedom to play and be themselves. Children learn about Jesus and the basic tenets of our faith through songs, stories and activities, and experience God’s love through the volunteers who spend time with them.
